How to become a member of LUCETA?
To be eligible to become a member of LUCETA (the “company”), customer must be legally capable of entering into this Membership Agreement; (2) at least 18 years old; and (3) a resident of a serviced state.
What is the membership fee?
To become a LUCETA member, the customer must meet both of the following conditions. 1) Register and pay the annual membership fee. The annual fee for LUCETA membership is $19.99. 2) Purchase one of two packages (Package 1 or Package 2) for $160. New customers will be exempt from the membership fee for the current year for their first enrollment.
Who are "Distributors"?
Active LUCETA members are also considered “Distributors.” Distributors may enjoy LUCETA’s “sales incentive policy” and other related membership benefits. Members must pay their annual membership fee on time and must purchase at least $90 in LUCETA products each month (beginning from the first of the month to the last day of the month) to keep their account active and earn BV reward points on purchases.
Who are "Managers"?
Active members can become “Managers” after they introduce and manage two (2) new members. Active members can become “Directors” after they introduce and manage six (6) managers.
How to cancel membership?
LUCETA members must pay the annual membership fee of $19.99 (and the annual renewal fee) on time to have access to LUCETA membership benefits and product pricing. The annual membership renewal fee will due no later than 11:59 P.M. PST the day preceding the date the membership began. For example, if the membership began/became effective on January 1, 2022, the annual membership fee will be due on or before December 31, 2022 at 11:59 P.M., which will cover the following membership year (January 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023). If a member wishes to cancel its membership, the member must submit an application before the membership is effectively cancelled. All cancellation applications are subject to the review and approval of LUCETA. Once the application for cancellation is approved, the member’s membership and benefits will be forfeited. Membership fees will not be refunded upon cancellation for any reason. Members will lose unredeemed benefits/points if they cancel their membership. Membership benefits/points are non-transferrable to other Members or Member accounts, and have no cash or monetary value.
What if I stop paying membership fees?
After one year of membership, if the member does not pay the membership renewal fee on time or does not submit the membership cancellation application, the member account, account’s BV reward points and account level will automatically be cancelled after the membership expiration of more than six (6) months. Once the membership is cancelled, the member will no longer be active and the member will no longer be able to access membership rights, such as but not limited to, purchasing LUCETA products at the member pricing, earning rewards points or accessing the rewards system. Upon cancellation of one’s membership, the membership benefits/points are non-transferrable to other Members or Member accounts, and have no cash or monetary value.
Any other requirements?
LUCETA members must purchase at least $90 of LUCETA products each month (beginning from the first of the month to the last day of the month) to keep their account active. To have access to and earn reward points towards the LUCETA reward system, members must maintain an active membership by purchasing at least $90 in the company’s products each month. The member may still purchase products at the membership pricing and may still earn BV reward points for purchases made during an inactive account status. But during an inactive account status, the member cannot get the benefits of the BV reward system. If the member wants to resume the active account and obtain all BV points in the inactive state of the member's account, the member needs to purchase a product equivalent to all missed active months, calculated as a product of $90 per month. For example, if the Member's account becomes inactive on January 31, 2022, and the account becomes active on June 30, 2022, customers can choose to purchase products from the past five months in one lump sum ($90 per month, for a total of $450) to receive lost BV Points. Otherwise, the member's previous BV Rewards points will be automatically cleared to zero. This policy is valid for one year.

Rights of Members (5)

Membership Price
All LUCETA members may purchase company products at the membership price. Members must pay their annual membership fee on time and must purchase at least $90 in LUCETA products each month (beginning from the first of the month to the last day of the month) to keep their account active.
Subscription Service
New LUCETA members will have the option to purchase one of LUCETA’s subscription service (“Subscription Service” or “Service”) within the first six (6) months of their membership. The Service is an automatic, recurring monthly subscription for Package 1 or Package 2. As part of the Service, LUCETA offers a number of subscription options that members may choose from. The members have two options regarding the Package delivery: 1) To receive the Package selected for the Service monthly; 2) To receive all purchased Package bundle quantities at once. Once the Service has been purchased, changes in the selection of Package (for example, changing the Service from Package 1 to Package 2) will not be accepted. The refund policy for the subscription service must follow the return policy. If the clients want to cancel the auto subscription, they need to submit the cancel request or call the customer service to cancel.
(a) One-time payment for a three (3) month Subscription Service of either:
Package 1: 3 bottles of Seaponin for $270 (includes a complimentary tube of Timavel)
Package 2: 5 tubes of Timavel for $300 (includes a complimentary tube of Timavel)
(b) One-time payment for a six (6) month Subscription Service of either:
Package 1: 6 bottles of Seaponin for $540 (includes a complimentary tube of Timavel)
Package 2: 5 tubes of Timavel for $600 (includes a complimentary tube of Timavel)
(c) One-time payment for twelve (12) month Subscription Service of either:
Package 1: 12 bottles of Seaponin for $1,080 (includes a complimentary tube of Timavel)
Package 2: 20 Tubes of Timavel for $1,200 (includes a complimentary tube of Timavel)

BV reward points for the purchase of any of LUCETA’s Subscription Service will be divided by the number of months in the Service. For example, a member who purchases the three (3) month Subscription Service will have the BV rewards points for that purchase divided into three (3) months.
Sales Incentive Policy
Active LUCETA members may enjoy the company’s “sales incentive policy” and other related benefits as a Distributor account.
Training Activities & Vacations
LUCETA may provide Distributors at the level of Director or higher with various levels of training and development, including opportunities to attend team-building activities and vacations organized by the company.
IPO & Shares
If LUCETA becomes a publicly traded company, LUCETA members may purchase shares of the company upon an offer to purchase by the company, and in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations at that time.

Rewards System (6)

Promotion Reward
Active LUCETA member (“Distributors”) are entitled to the benefits of the company's sales incentive policy 1. Promotion Reward Active LUCETA members (“Distributors”) who refer new customers to sign up and become LUCETA members will receive 100 BV*25% reward points if the new customer: (1) becomes a LUCETA member; and (2) purchases one of the LUCETA enrollment packages for $160 (either Package 1 or Package 2). The new LUCETA member will receive 100 BV reward points.
Reward Points
Rewards are given in the form of “point pairings.” The accounting of the reward points system will begin when an active LUCETA member (“Distributor”) refers two (2) new customers to sign up and become LUCETA members, and those members establish their own “teams” and reach 50 BV reward points. The accounting method for the reward points system is calculated by the lower bonus of the two (2) sale teams’ BV reward points multiplied by 20%. Each active member (“Distributor”) has a maximum weekly BV reward points bonus of up to $20,000. All remaining BV reward points for both sale teams will be cleared once the maximum bonus of $20,000 has been reached. If the bonuses do not reach $20,000, the active members’ (“Distributor”) weekly BV reward points will not be cleared.
Team Management / Leadership Reward
Managers: Active members who introduce and manage two (2) new members will become “Managers.” Managers will receive $5 in Team Management Rewards for managing each new LUCETA member. The Team Management Reward is capped at $310.

Director: Active members who introduce and manage six (6) managers will become “Directors.” If the Manager and member accounts under the Director remain active, the Director will receive a Team Leadership Reward of 20% of the Manager’s BV reward points as a bonus on a weekly basis. The Team Leadership Reward is capped at $30,000 per week.
New Retail Reward (Online Sales Reward)
Customers may access LUCETA’s website using a referrer’s QR code provided by “Distributor” to purchase products at its retail price. When non-members purchase at least $160 in LUCETA products, they can sign up to become a member and enjoy the membership benefits & company rewards on future purchases. All other membership rules apply for the member to maintain its active membership status and to enjoy the benefits that come along with the membership. When non-members purchase any LUCETA products through a referrer’s QR Code, the referrer will receive an Online Sales Reward, which is 25% of the BV reward points earned by any non-member’s online purchases.
Company Performance Reward
If any one of the members under the Director Manager’s teams become a Director, then the Director Manager (the individual overseeing the two teams) will be eligible for the Company Performance Reward. The amount for the Company Performance Reward will be determined by LUCETA.
Travel / Vacation
Distributors at the level of Director may be invited to attend team-building activities, vacations and tours organized and paid for by LUCETA.

LUCETA Return and Exchange Policy (1)

How does the Tuts+ Premium affiliate program work?
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product(s) must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Products not returned in the original packaging or condition will not be accepted. Products must be returned within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Any BV reward points associated with the return will be deducted from the member’s BV reward points balance.
